Midcoast Substance Abuse Counseling (MSAC) is a non-profit alcohol, tobacco and other drug abuse treatment agency. We offer professional, confidential services to those who use substances or who are affected by substance abuse.

Our state licensed services include
  • Individual, group, family and group counseling
  • D.E.E.P.
  • Juvenile Automated Substance Abuse Evaluations (JASAE)

    • We also offer Employer Assistance Programs and Community Outreach Education.

    Knox County Coalition Against Tobacco (KCCAT) is a community/school partnership formed to address certain chronic diseases plaguing the people of Knox County.
